Dr. Charmaine Rose brings not only 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Operations Management., but also a surplus of education, in 2000 she received her BS Market and Management , Masters in Human Resource 2002 and PhD inOrganization and Management. Since receiving her PhD she has worked with several small business to build and maintain affordable websites and other operational policy and procedures, risk management, efficiency, accountability and leadership. She has provided workshops in a variety of subject to local companies on a continual basis. She works with individuals to assist them in attaining jobs, by writing resumes, and coverletters and is currently mentoring a Doctoral and an MBA student. She is in the process of writing a book which should be publish by end of the year. She continual keep abreast of new trends and Human Resource laws through associations, and webinairs.
She is an avid supporter and volunteer to the American Cancer Society and is a member of American Society of Training and Development(ASTD) - Suncoast Chapter. She is also a member of NAPW - National Association of Professional Women and was recently award Woman of the Year. She is also a member of NAAAHR - National Association of African American Human Resource.
